There is a need to provide hospitality for 150-200 serving ones for an upcoming regional team reunion in Irving on June 1-3.

The reunion begins in the afternoon of Friday, June 1 and concludes after lunch on Lord’s Day, June 3. The attendees therefore need hospitality for two nights, Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2. Breakfast will need to be provided on Saturday and Lord’s Day. Lunch and dinner will not need to be provided. Your hospitality may want to return to your house for rest between 1:30pm and 3:30pm on Saturday afternoon
