HOSPITALITY: The churches in the Metroplex will provide hospitality for those saints who ask in advance. For those saints who prefer to go to a hotel we suggest La Quinta Inn 972-252-6546, Crossland Studio 972-257-9696, or Best Western 972-790-2262.
MEALS: There will be one meal provided, lunch on Saturday, March 10.
REGISTRATION: Please respond no later than February 26 to the service office in Irving regarding how many are coming from your locality. Please include the number and ages of all children.
CHILD CARE: There will be child care provided for children between the ages of 4 to 11. Saints who have children under 4 should coordinate among themselves for the care of these kids because there will be no care provided for this age group. All children should go to the children’s area downstairs in the meeting hall for their respective classes. Children over 12 should attend all the meetings of the conference sitting next to their parents, except when Jr. High and High School have their separate meetings.
